We will trust you with:
- Contribute to the increase and maintenance of the customer basket of mass segments (households and small businesses);
- Contribute to the development and improvement of mass products (electricity and gas) processes;
- Contribute to the development, implementation and monitoring of the general plan for the sale of mass segments (attraction of new customers, extension of existing contracts, recovery of lost ones);
- Mass segment portfolio review/maintenance, data analysis, customer research, customer needs and behavior analysis;
- Identification of opportunities and their creative solution;
- Close cooperation with other departments, product delivery and sales issues.
We would like you to:
- You would have completed higher education;
- You would have touched customer service/sales standards/customer data analytics;
- You should be able to communicate fluently in English orally and in writing at least C1;
- You should have analytical and critical thinking, orientation towards the result;
- You would be able to plan and manage time, you would have good organizational and cooperation skills;
