Nature of work
- We are looking for a creative product development junior manager to help our products go through all stages of implementation from idea to production.
- The person in this position will have to work closely with the design, manufacturing, marketing and sales teams to ensure that each product is not only aesthetically appealing, but also practical and meets production efficiency requirements.
We will also expect that:
- Selling products, advising clients, creating/presenting offers is a fun activity for you;
- Putting orders into the management system and putting them into production will be done carefully;
- Coordinating and overseeing the order process to completion is a matter of course.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (preferably in the field of design, business management or engineering);
- At least 1 year of experience in product development, design or production;
- Excellent technical and design understanding, ability to work with professional programs (Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop);
- Ability to analyze and optimize production processes, including cost management;
- Excellent communication skills, organization, ability to work in a team and individually;
- Creativity, initiative and optimistic search for solutions in various situations;
- Excellent computer skills, reading drawings, area and perimeter calculations;
- Orientation to results, innovativeness, interest in technology.
Main tasks
- Preparation of ideas for production from design to technical drawing;
- Preparation of packaging instructions and development of innovative packaging solutions in order to ensure product safety during transportation and attractiveness to the buyer;
- Project organization, coordination and management;
- Analyzing, understanding customer needs and striving to meet those expectations;
- Working with a new generation Mimaki UV printer
- It would be great if you knew how to create 3D.
