Nature of work
- Assistance to the project manager in the preparation of investment projects and business plans, strategic development feasibility studies and other projects, such as EU support projects, attracting financing in the private capital markets, licensing and business development of FinTech companies, etc.;
- Market research, operational processes and financial analysis, preparation of financial forecasts;
- Independent collection and systematization of information, analysis of data, legal acts;
- Communication with clients and state and municipal institutions.
Employee requirements
- Higher education, but applications from final year students are to be considered;
- Strategic thinking and the basics of financial knowledge (understanding of the principles of financial reporting, ability to make financial forecasts);
- Understanding and analysis of legal acts;
- Good knowledge of English and Lithuanian (written and spoken);
- Responsibility, diligence, independence, initiative;
- An advantage: education in finance, economics or law and experience in tax, business consulting, auditing or similar will give an advantage in the selection process;
- Good sense of humor - a must! :).
