WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOB
- Preparation, analysis, coordination of contracts and other legal documents;
- Preparation of questions to institutions and answers to their letters;
- Assessment of legal risks and provision of proposals;
- Assistance to company managers and other company employees in daily work so that work in the office goes smoothly;
- Formation and administration of orders for goods and services, providing the office with stationery and household goods;
- Maintenance and support of office order and well-being;
- Administration of company e-mail and other means of correspondence (letters, contracts, invoices, shipments, etc.), ensuring that correspondence is properly registered and distributed.
WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Higher university legal education;
- Knowledge of commercial law;
- Communicability, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment, promptly solve problems;
- Quick orientation, conscientiousness, thoroughness, attention to details, punctuality, knowledge of etiquette;
- Excellent computer skills, clerical knowledge;
- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
