An opportunity to strengthen competence in the field of data protection:
- taking care of the implementation of GDPR requirements and ensuring the rights of data subjects;
- maintaining and updating personal data protection procedures and activity records;
- preparing data protection impact assessments and DPO reports;
- supervising and updating the compliance of cookies and privacy notices with legal regulation.
Business and contract law practice:
- representing the Company's interests in relations with clients, partners, state institutions (preparing letters and providing answers to requests);
- preparing, adjusting, harmonizing various (service providers, support, etc.) contracts and internal documents;
- in the implementation of legal acts, court practice, etc. document analysis and providing conclusions.
An important role in the company's internal projects and working groups:
- managing legal issues (and related processes) in the implementation and accountability projects of the cyber security TIS 2 directive and sustainability (ESG) regulatory requirements.
The challenges of regulated business, where the most important:
- ensuring compliance according to the requirements of supervisory services;
- cooperation with competent authorities and other persons (LPT, AOTD, VSD, police, etc.), exchanging data and preparing documents according to inquiries;
- improvement of implemented processes and projects and other initiatives related to timely updating of internal procedures.
Expectations for the candidate
- You have accumulated 1-2 years of work experience in the company's legal team, where you gained practice in drafting contracts, internal documents and had responsibilities in ensuring GDPR compliance.
- You manage your activity priorities and see no difficulty in doing several tasks at the same time.
- You have already discovered ways to work most efficiently with state institutions and other external partners.
- You like to structure information, you think first and only then take action, and you are also able to take leadership, you are persistent and demanding both of yourself and those around you.
- If you put your hand to your heart, you can swear that you are a team person.
- Not only have valuable knowledge or good ideas, but also know how to communicate them smoothly.
- Can communicate in English at work (at least B1 level).
