In this position you will:
- You will communicate with customers both on the phone and in person.
- You will find out the needs, prepare proposals, maintain contact, plan trips, provide additional services related to the trip.
- You will process orders in the reservation system.
- You will generate new ideas for improving the sales and customer acquisition process.
- You will be an important and much-needed help to colleagues and the company manager.
We are waiting for you in our team if:
- You are communicative, responsible, able to work independently and in a team.
- You orient yourself quickly, you are able to solve problems, it is not easy for you to "get off track".
- You have good knowledge of English.
- You are friendly, you love people, you are motivated, you have a burning passion for travel, you are polite, you are able to handle yourself in any situation.
