We are looking for a colleague who:

  • apply Jira and related software packages (Jira Software, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, BigPicture, etc.) for the implementation, management, improvement and support of IT activity processes;
  • analyzed, designed, documented, tested and implemented Jira and related software solutions;
  • ensure support for Jira and related products - resolution of incidents, requests, timely updating of software versions;
  • advise and train company employees on Jira and related tools;
  • based on Jira data, analyze values, trends, deviations of IT process indicators and prepare insights and recommendations for optimization of processes and tools.

In this position, it is important for us:

  • Higher Education;
  • at least 1 year of experience in developing and/or implementing and managing IT processes;
  • Knowledge of IT management methodologies and good practices (COBIT, ITIL and/or Agile) and practical application experience;
  • Knowledge of Atlassian or other IT service management tools, design, administration, maintenance experience;
  • excellent ability to fluently and correctly convey ideas in Lithuanian in writing and orally;
  • knowledge of English at a level not lower than B1;
  • Compliance with the requirements set forth in the Law on the Protection of Objects Important to the National Security of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • responsibility, initiative, orientation to results, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.

  • salary from EUR 2,112 with taxes (EUR 2,112 - EUR 3,168 with taxes). The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience. Salary is only part of the reward.
