POSITION SUMMARY

Are you passionate about steering projects to success and driving innovation? Do you have the knack for turning visions into reality? We are looking for a Project Visionary and Execution Maestro to join our vibrant team and lead groundbreaking projects that shape the future!

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the development and implementation of various technology and product projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and issues.
  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
  • Identify, analyze, and manage project risks and issues.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
  • Ensure proactive problem resolution and conflict management.
  • Ensure projects meet high standards of quality and adhere to best practices and company and industry standards.
  • Implement and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and processes.

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure when needed to meet project deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Zoho projects, etc).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
  • Project management experience in a technology or product development environment.
  • Proven experience in managing software development or integrated technology projects is a plus.
