Working with a large scale fermentation line;
Preparation of growth media required for microbial fermentation, ensuring accuracy and sterility to support optimal growth conditions;
Maintain microbial cultures used in fermentation processes, including preparation of primary inoculant, monitoring microorganism growth, viability, and purity;
Operating bioreactors for microbial fermentation processes, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting;
Record fermentation data accurately and maintain detailed records of fermentation parameters, assisting in data analysis to evaluate process performance;
Midstreaming/downstreaming of cultured biomass through continuous centrifugation and spray drying. Operation and maintenance of large scale centrifuge and spray dryer;
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, including proper handling of hazardous materials and compliance with regulatory standards to ensure a safe working environment;
Support quality control procedures by conducting regular checks on fermentation processes to ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scientists, engineers, and technicians, to troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and implement improvements in upstream fermentation operations;
Stay updated on advancements in microbial fermentation technology and bioprocess engineering through literature review, training programs, and professional development opportunities;

We expect that you have at least 2 years of experience working in a laboratory environment. Preferred in a microbiological or biotechnological field.

The production line is working 7 days per week, the work schedule will be organized taking in to account this issue. Only day Shift.
