Job description
Production of vectors using batch mode in different types of bioreactors;
Routine media and solutions preparation, daily measurements;
Preparing, maintaining and managing appropriate cell lines;
Working in sterile environment and according to aseptic technics;
Maintaining order in laboratory and GMP area;
Supporting gene therapy platform development activities by applying upstream expertise;
Collaboration with downstream and analytical process teams;
Related documents preparation (SOPs, lab instructions, reports, and protocols).

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related field.
Good knowledge of English.
Knowledge of GMP/GLP regulations would be preference.
Experience in molecular biology techniques such as PCR, cloning, Next generation sequencing (NGS) would be preference.
A strong sense of responsibility.
Good practices of data record keeping;
