• Undertakes ad-hoc analysis to support justification for financial planning and other presentations provided by senior management
  
• Supports on power point deck creation to communicate the results of analysis in compelling ways, landing key points and reaching the 'so what' of the analysis
  
• Serves as a key resource for interpreting data and information; communicates results to team members.
  
• Works closely with different departments to coordinate cross-functional project activities and ensures deliverables are accurate and meet customer requirements.
  
• Utilizes business intelligence tools across all departments and functional areas providing detailed reporting and analysis.
  
• Maintains and develops strong working relationships with business owners as a process advocate.
  
• Supports creation of speech and presentation materials for members of the management team.
  
• Keeps abreast of healthcare trends and competitor activity.

• Ability to effectively participate in cross-functional problem solving teams
  
• Planning, analytical and conceptual skills to evaluate business problems and identify and apply appropriate solutions
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Excel
  
• Evidence of strong analytical mind set and intellectual curiosity is essential
  

Desirable:

• Experience of relational databases (e.g. Microsoft SQL Server or Access) and data management
  
• Experience with Alteryx Designer
  
• Experience with business intelligence tools, capabilities, and best practices
  
• Experience with reporting and developing analytical solutions
  
• Ideally some training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, or computer science generally obtained through completion of a three/four year Bachelor's Degree program
