We are seeking for a skilled and detail-oriented Junior Certification Manager to join our offshore wind team. We value openness, partnership is our strength, and responsibility makes us a great team. If all this speaks to you, we would like to invite you to join us.

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

Developing and implementing a comprehensive certification plan for an ongoing offshore wind project, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource allocation in collaboration with the Lead Certification Manager
Liaising with regulatory agencies, certification bodies, and industry organizations to ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations
Working with various project disciplines to ensure a seamless certification process and resolve any cross-functional issues
Addressing any issues or non-conformities during the certification process, applying effective corrective and preventive measures
Overseeing site inspections, tests, and audits, ensuring thorough verification of results and reports.

Required for this position:

At least 2 years of experience in certification, compliance, or quality assurance, preferably in the energy sector
Demonstrated ability to identify, address, and resolve issues or non-conformities effectively
Familiarity with project management principles and the ability to coordinate tasks across multiple teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders
High level of accuracy in documenting activities such as inspections, audits, and corrective actions.

Salary range for this position group is 2022 to 3033 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
