Description
- You will become an essential part of our Implementation team, where You will be responsible for implementation of our new clients’ portfolios;
- Analyze and understand information sent by new clients;
- Setup of new clients’ infrastructure in the system;
- Ensuring all data is entered correctly into the system;
- Liaison with banks and investment managers in order to secure fast and efficient data delivery;
- Prepare status updates and checklists for internal and external meetings;
- Make sure all knowledge collected is successfully transferred to other teams within the company;
- Being part of continues processes improvement.
Requirements
- We expect You to be interested in Investments and proved achievements in finance or related industry record;
- Experience in various reconciliations, investment accounting and investment industry related experience would be considered an advantage;
- High proficiency of written and spoken English;
- It is important that You are someone who loves numbers, is professional, positive and have passion for Your job;
- Personal traits we are looking for: good organizational skills and You work well under pressure, You are able to multi-task and set priorities to different projects and are able to switch between them when needed.
