Main goal of the position:
DiPocket Group is a European BaaS provider, complementary to and independent from banks, providing payment and technology infrastructure to corporates, fintech and even smaller credit institutions. Use cases include, amongst others, solutions for funds disbursement, corporate purchases, employee benefits, gift cards, which DiPocket is able to offer both the in EEA and the UK). We are looking for a Junior Financial Reconciliation Specialist to join our Finance team. As a Junior Financial Reconciliation Specialist, you will not only be involved in daily reconciliation processes but will also be able to participate in automating and improving reporting processes, month closing, maintaining and evaluating financial information.
What would you do?
- Downloading data from different sources (data base, client-banks).
- Daily data uploading into reconciliation system.
- Daily analysis of customers’ transactions, manual corrections, adjustments if needed.
- Verifying and controlling customers' settlements and payments, manual returns.
- Provide timely and accurate financial support for daily and monthly e-money reporting,
- Other tasks related to the financial analysis and reconciliation of data.
What would we expect from you?
- Education in Finance/Economics.
- Experience in a bank/financial institution would be considered as an advantage .
- Understanding of general accounting principles.
- Good English skills.
- Eagerness to acquire knowledge and responsibility.
- Good analytics, perseverance, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel.
- Knowledge of 1C system would be a plus.

We target our offer to business clients who already have a large customer base and want to increase and deepen interaction with their customers by adding customized financial services to their offer.
Our solutions range from Mastercard card-centered private label offers to fully fledged private label financial apps. What makes us unique in this is that we offer fully managed solutions which do not require day by day involvement of our business clients, who can keep focusing on their core business.
Use cases range from apps for loyalty and customer acquisition to cards for disbursements (loans, benefits) to wearables for events, to gift cards.
