As part of our dedicated support team, you'll provide essential technical assistance to our customers, helping to resolve issues related to our Peplink products and ensuring their smooth operation.

We are expanding our team in Lithuania and are looking for a Junior Network Engineer!
Join our dynamic team as a Junior Network Engineer and kick-start your career in the exciting field of network technology. As part of our dedicated support team, you'll provide essential technical assistance to our customers, helping to resolve issues related to our Peplink products and ensuring their smooth operation.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via ticket system, chat, and email, addressing technical issues pertaining to Peplink products.
- Assist in simulating network scenarios using real equipment to replicate and troubleshoot customer problems effectively.
- Report identified issues to the R&D team and collaborate to find viable solutions.
- Actively participate in testing new features and functionalities, providing valuable feedback for product improvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues from diverse regions, sharing experiences and fostering mutual growth.
Reikalavimai darbuotojui
- Understanding of networking principles and telecommunication systems.
- Familiarity with the relationship between software and hardware components.
- Proficiency in navigating and utilizing the Linux command-line environment is considered a plus.
- Experience with cellular networks is considered a plus.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Currently pursuing a final year of study or holding a Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering discipline, or possessing equivalent work experience.
