Main goal of the position:
DiPocket Group is a European Embedded Financial Services provider, complementary to and independent from banks, offering payment and technology infrastructure to corporates, fintech and even smaller credit institutions. Use cases include, among others, solutions for funds disbursement, corporate purchases, employee benefits, gift cards, which DiPocket is able to offer both in the EEA and the UK). We are currently looking for a self-motivated Junior Risk and Outsourcing Officer to join our dynamic Compliance team. In this role you will play an important role in identifying and effectively managing various risk-related aspects within our organization. You'll have the opportunity for continuous growth and mentorship by receiving guidance from our experienced Risk and Outsourcing Manager.
What would you do?
- Facilitate risk identification and assessment workshops.
- Assist in preparation of risk reports.
- Follow up on incident registration process to ensure timely action plan implementation.
- Assist in business continuity testing exercises
- Assist risk owners to assess outsourcing contracts
- Act as the main contact person for all risk-related questions (with the support and guidance from Risk and Outsourcing Manager).
What would we expect from you?
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in both English and Lithuanian.
- MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
- Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
- Ability and willingness to train, support, and coach others.
- High ethical standards, strong sense of responsibility and commitment to achieving results.
