Job description:
In this role you’ll be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing sales opportunities for Grand Hotel Vilnius;
Prepare all information-sharing communiqués to the client;
Conduct site inspections, follow up on inquiries;
Assist other sales team members to secure business and run events successfully to meet the expectations of the client;
Responsible for driving customer loyalty by delivering excellent customer service

As a Junior Sales Manager your Key Responsibilities Include:
Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new clients across all segments with the aim to drive future bookings;
Assist in the animation of new business through research, sales calls & visits and qualification of leads;
Assist with the creation and execution of activities such as site visits, trade show attendance and any other client related interaction;
Engage the sales team on new sales leads and opportunities and make aware of enquiries from managed accounts;
When needed, support the sales team with answering enquiries and planning events.

Requirements:
A track record of sales achievements with at least 12 months’ experience in the hospitality industry;
Fluency in spoken & written Lithuanian and English;
Positive, adaptable & outgoing personality with a curious mind;
Enjoy meeting new people and engage with them;
Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives.
