You will be responsible for:
- Coordinate and schedule job interviews globally using MS Outlook and internal company software.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to interview scheduling and candidate communication.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process.

Required Skills:
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Ability to take responsibility and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience working in an international company is preferred.
- Previous experience organizing job interviews or similar events.
