LAWYER

Counseling of employees and managers on issues of labor law and contract law;
Preparation and review of company group documentation and contracts (purchase-sale, services, lease, etc.);
Management of documentation of structural changes of the group of companies (establishment, merger, liquidation, etc.)
Preparation of KYC/AML documentation;
Representation of the organization in state institutions, negotiations and disputes, preparation of necessary documentation (in Anglian and Lithuanian languages).

Higher education in the field of law;
At least 1-2 years of work experience in the merger, liquidation and establishment of companies;
Excellent oral and written knowledge of English (Russian is an advantage);
Very good computer skills (Ms Office);
Analytical thinking, independence, attention to details, communication and initiative.
