Nature of work
- supervision of company law management in the fields of Lithuanian and international law
- drafting, legal analysis, timely correction and management of company contracts (supply, rental, provision of services, including obtaining product certificates, accreditation, intellectual activity contracts, etc.)
- participation in negotiations with foreign contractors, legal support of transactions
- representation of the company's interests in foreign institutions, international commercial arbitrations
- Monitoring and analysis of changes in Lithuanian and EU legislation
- solving corporate issues in the activities of foreign legal entities and representative offices
Employee requirements
- higher legal education
- very good written and oral knowledge of English and Russian (required)
- knowledge of international law, international private law, European Union law, Lithuanian legal acts
- at least 3 years of experience in the field of legal regulation of transactions
- ability to search and find solutions to meet business needs within legal constraints
- ability to negotiate, flexibility and diplomacy in external and internal communication
- high independence skills
- attention to results - the ability to set priorities, to optimize one's working time while maintaining the quality of the result
- possibility to go on business trips
