Nature of work:
- Active recruitment of candidates in social. in networks, other communication channels;
- Maintaining contact with active and potential candidates;
- Suggesting ideas for attracting people interested in work, cooperation with the marketing team;
- Communication with potential candidates by phone, social networks and e-mail. by mail;
- Working with the company's internal database (uploading candidate information, constant updating, preparation of reports as needed);
- Planning of new employee needs in cooperation with managers and personnel selection specialists.
Requirements:
- Experience in personnel selection, communication or customer service;
- Orientation to timely achievable goals;
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing;
- Ability to systematize information and submit one's proposals;
- English and/or Russian language skills;
- Independence, quick orientation, ability to plan working time.
