What will be your main responsibilities?
We are a young, growing team in need of someone with program coordination/project management experience!
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Improving and ensuring the quality of courses;
- Program coordination (program openings/closings/presentations);
- Communication with students, solving problematic situations;
- Preparation of monthly reports - their presentation;
- Organization of internal events for students (coordination of panel discussions with partners/speakers and their launch);
- Close cooperation with lecturers: help in solving problems, drawing up the lecture schedule, etc.
What do we expect from you?
- You have obtained a higher education;
- Has at least 2 years of similar work experience;
- You are an independent, creative personality and make decisions based on logical thinking;
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently (knowledge of English and Russian is an advantage);
- Has good working skills with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- You have experience in communicating with customers and are able to react well in various situations.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management/program coordination;
- Excellent communication/collaboration skills;
- Enthusiasm to act;
- Ability to collect and analyze information;
- Work in the field of education is an advantage;
- Willingness to work and improve the field of education in Lithuania and beyond;
- Ability to quickly make decisions, set priorities, independent and responsible approach;
- Good computer skills (MS Office package). You have experience in communicating with customers and are able to react well in various situations.
