Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies for pet product categories.
- Develop and implement new product introduction and development strategies.
- Effectively organize the activities of the department in order to achieve the goals set by the company in different business channels (retail, wholesale, online trade and export).
- Forming assortment and pricing, planning marketing campaigns.
- Analyze product category management processes and initiate necessary changes and projects, taking into account market analysis and company needs.
- Prepare and manage the budget of the department, ensure turnover of goods, improve sales and profit indicators.
- Conduct negotiations with suppliers and coordinate the best terms of long-term contracts.
- Follow market trends, competitors and respond to emerging opportunities.
We hope:
- At least 5 years of product category management experience in wholesale, retail, international and electronic trade channels.
- Leadership qualities and successful management experience of large teams.
- Excellent knowledge of English (for communication with colleagues and international partners).
- Knowledge of commercial principles and strong negotiation skills.
- Strategic, critical thinking, orientation to results and efficiency.
