UAB "Mobkeisa" manages the store chains "Case4you" and "Noir Eclat" throughout Lithuania. The main activity of the company is the sale of accessories for mobile phones and tablets: cases, protective glasses, chargers, wireless speakers, cables, holders, etc.
We offer our customers the largest selection of phone accessories and accessories, as well as professional service. We pay special attention to the quality of goods and service, therefore, as the company expands, we are looking for responsible new employees to join our team.

- Effective work with the sales team of the Kaunas city "Case4you" stores: constant communication between departments and their employees, organization of work at the outlets, control, planning of employees' work schedules;
- Achieving and implementing the sales goals set by the stores;
- Work together with the team;
- Communication with customers, their service;
- Supervising the daily activities of the departments, ensuring order;
- Employee selection, on-the-job training, motivation and promotion;
- Knowledge of product specifics;
- Control and replenishment of product stock balance between Kaunas city departments;
- Suggestions for work optimization, process improvement;
- Communication and cooperation with managers and administration of other cities.
Success in selection requires:
- Management and/or administration education;
- Work experience in the field of management and trade;
- Attended courses or training in the fields of sales or management would be an advantage;
- Category B driver's license, driving experience is required;
- Be able to adapt flexibly to a rapidly changing work environment, make prompt decisions, solve problematic situations, orient to results;
- Responsibility, empathy, respectful communication and the desire to help colleagues;
- Learn how to use and be interested in modern technologies and means of communication;
- Knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage
- A big advantage is the ability to work with the "Rivilė" cash register program.
