THE DAILY ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:

  • Helping our customers via email, chat, and telephone;
  • Being a representative externally towards our customers;
  • Assisting Team leader to report on what is happening in the market.
  • Working under the schedule (might change in the future):

Weekdays
Shift 1. 06:00-15:00
Shift 2. 10:00-19:00

Weekend
Shift 3. 10:00-19:00

APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

  • Excellent communication and written skills in Kazakh;
  • Good English and Russian communication and writing skills;
  • Ability to work both in a team environment and individually;
  • Ability to cope with heavy workloads.

EXTRA AWESOME:

  • Have experience in customer service;
  • Remote work can be discussed.
