We are looking for a team member who can lead the team and help take care of computer workplaces of "Ignitis group".

Your main tasks will be:

  • To be responsible for planning, training and motivating the work of the team in the "Ignitis Grupė" part of the maintenance of computer workplaces;
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of maintenance services for computer and software, printing, mobile and video conferencing equipment;
  • Solve technical problems and incidents together with the team;
  • Cooperate with the Clients and advise them;
  • Cooperate with IT service and equipment suppliers.

We hope you:

  • You have at least 5 years of work experience in the field of IT operations;
  • You have obtained a higher education in the field of IT or exact sciences;
  • You have experience in leading a team;
  • You have a good knowledge of information technologies and their management methodologies and are able to apply the available knowledge in practice;
  • You have excellent communication skills, analytical thinking and the ability to make decisions;
  • You are able to communicate fluently in English - good written and spoken skills.

The fixed salary range for the position group is between EUR 2,560 and EUR 3,840 (excluding tax). A specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable part of the remuneration may be paid in addition to the salary.
