- Ensuring the smooth operation of the body service team;
- Daily planning and coordination of service work;
- Implementation of tools for increasing sales and improving quality of service services;
- Analysis of service work indicators, preparation of reports;
- Income and expenditure control;
- Team building and motivation.
Employee requirements
- Successful management experience in the field of car service and repair;
- Technical education;
- Excellent planning and management skills;
- Experience in making damage estimates with the AUDATEX program;
- Experience working with business accounting program OPTIMUM (would be an advantage);
- High personal and professional motivation.
