Your main responsibilities will be:
Passenger service by phone and e-mail. by mail;
Handling passenger inquiries and complaints;
Analysis of the reasons for passenger complaints;
Implementation, improvement and support of the Group's operational processes;
Providing suggestions for improving passenger experience;
Initiation of changes related to the efficiency and improvement of the company's services and processes.
