- UAB „AVS PipeFit“
AVS PipeFit is recruiting for a Travel and Accommodation Manager(s) whose responsibilities will be:
- Organization of short-term and long-term accommodation abroad and in Lithuania;
- Maintenance of accommodation facilities;
- Planning business trips. Search and order travel tickets through existing suppliers/reservation systems;
- Management of travel-related situations;
- Search for new, potential suppliers. Maintaining contact with existing suppliers and coordinating orders;
- Information processing, preparation of reports;
- Administration of contracts and accounts;
- Performing other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Employee requirements:
- Higher, higher education.
- Work experience in accommodation, travel and transport organization (ADVANTAGE).
- Good knowledge of English (MUST), knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creativity, initiative.
