PURPOSE OF OBLIGATIONS:
Delivery and sale of travel packages to customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Delivery and sale of suitable travel packages or services according to customer requests and wishes;
- Providing customers with relevant and useful information about selected packages;
- Work with the reservation system, answers to requests on the Internet and by phone;
- Managing complex situations and finding solutions;
- Conclusion of contracts, management of initial payments;
- Management of trusted documents and preparation of reports;
- Constant updating of knowledge about travel packages.
WE EXPECT FROM THE CANDIDATES:
- Successful work experience in a travel consultant or similar position (at least 3 years);
- Excellent knowledge of the most popular holiday travel destinations (Turkey, Egypt, Greece, Bulgaria, Spain);
- Skills to professionally and convincingly present and sell products;
- Ability to manage difficult situations;
- Higher or higher education;
- Fluent Lithuanian language, oral and written English skills; knowledge of Russian and Polish would be considered an advantage;
- Experience working with MS Office reservation systems, social networks;
- Responsibility, attention to details and the quality of the work performed;
- Work planning skills, ability to work in a changing environment;
- Ability to cooperate and work in a team.
