- You are positive, like to communicate and help others
- You can work in shifts/variable schedule: sometimes travel with the first train at dawn, and sometimes accompany the last one already after midnight
- You want to learn and absorb new information, you are not afraid of digital solutions
- You speak Lithuanian fluently, you know the basics of English and/or Russian
- Wants to do non-monotonous and active work
- You are ready to ensure comfortable and safe journeys - create a pleasant atmosphere, provide passengers with relevant information and services and take care of their safety
- You are able to work independently, but value team support
- Learn to turn challenges into solutions and stay calm in unexpected situations
