Nature of work
- Ensure proper selection of contractors and their management;
- Conduct negotiations with contractors, coordinate and execute contracts;
- Cooperate with the client and/or construction manager on project management issues;
- Administer design documentation;
- Ensure proper performance of contractual obligations;
- Plan and analyze the financial indicators of the project and ensure their implementation;
- Ensure the management of the project budget and construction work execution plan;
- To coordinate and control the participants of the construction project, to solve the issues that have arisen.
We will consider experience with projects of large scope and value and in the special building category to be an advantage.
Structures: transportation communications: roads, roads (streets), other transport structures on roads of local importance; engineering networks: water supply, sewage disposal; hydrotechnical structures; landfills.
Areas of construction work: earthworks, construction and installation of construction structures (except welding of metal structures); construction of water supply and sewage disposal networks, installation of static water supply and sewage disposal engineering systems.
Requirements
- Higher/higher engineering education;
- Qualification certificate;
- At least 4 years of successful work experience in a similar field;
- Knowledge of project financial indicators management;
- Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, which regulate the construction of the structure;
- Orientation to the result, effective planning and non-standard solutions;
- Ability to work independently and manage a team;
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills;
- Ability to work with AutoCad, MS Project programs;
- Driver's licence B category.

Salary
3000-4000 €/mon. net
Basic (tariff) wage rates from 30 EUR/hour. up to 40 EUR/hour depending on experience.
The employment contract specifies and determines the hourly rate wage before taxes.
