Your main responsibilities will be:
- organizing the work of the road maintenance team, assigning tasks, coordinating and controlling their execution,
- analyzing work activities, solving main problems, predicting possible development directions,
- providing proposals and recommendations regarding the creation of short-term, medium-term and long-term plans and programs in the supervised activity area,
- preparation of technical documents for public procurement of road maintenance works and execution of public procurement procedures,
- analyzing the experience of foreign countries in the field of road maintenance, providing proposals and recommendations on this matter, participating in international working groups,
- participation in AB Via Lietuva working groups, expert assessment and consultations on technical issues related to road maintenance,
- coordination of road maintenance-related project parts, simple repair descriptions and other documentation, and ensuring these activities.
It's great if you:
- has a university degree or an equivalent education in the study group of engineering sciences,
- has at least 3 years of experience in the field of road infrastructure,
- able to analyze and summarize information, able to independently plan and organize your work,
- has at least 1 year of team management experience.

Salary
3440-5160 €/mon. gross
A specific salary is offered, taking into account work experience and competence. You will additionally earn a variable part of the annual remuneration, depending on the performance of you and the Company.
