Your role:
WE CAN CREATE A WORKPLACE IN VARIOUS CITIES
- coordinate the organization of the work of the design team and the distribution of tasks, forecast the team's employment;
- drawing up design work schedules and control of work execution;
- search for subcontractors, purchases and control of their work;
- ensure effective project management, control of the fulfillment of contractual obligations and effective use of resources;
- identify and manage the risks of ongoing projects;
- cooperate and communicate with project clients, ensure timely submission of project documentation;
- perform risk assessment and design work price calculations for design work tenders;
- Implementation of an IT tool for more effective project management;
- to propose and implement ideas related to operational efficiency.
Desired competence:
- has obtained a higher engineering education (preferably in the field of road engineering);
- has at least 1 year of project/part project manager work experience in the field of communications design;
- have good skills in using AutoCAD and other design programs;
- MS Project skills would be an advantage;
- a valid certificate of qualification of the project manager of transportation communications and the manager of project execution supervision (considered an advantage);
- has excellent teamwork skills;
- is proactive, analytical and focused on a high-quality result;
- have a category B driver's license.
