You will be responsible for:
- A team of 10-12 service workers that we would like you to take care of, grow, motivate, inspire and ensure their excellent work results!
- Organization of efficient and smooth operations of 4 bakeries in Vilnius, ensuring the necessary number of employees to achieve excellent results.
- Team formation, finding new people, training them for work;
- Compilation of work schedules and effective planning of team working hours;
- Turnover and profitability of bakeries through excellent customer service, additional sales.
