"Kick-Start" - for the beginning of your career! These programs -career/lt.html, you will have the opportunity to gain work experience, get to know other interns and junior specialists, participate in special events, seminars and practical classes of this program.
In this position, you will join the Personnel Services team, which is responsible for the field of labor relations in the bank, prepares and administers documentation related to labor relations, advises employees on labor relations and other personnel issues, and provides them with various assistance.
With us you will have the opportunity to:
- Contribute to ensuring smooth personnel processes;
- Gain strong experience in working with personnel documentation management, various processes in the areas of administration and personnel, gain knowledge of labor law;
- Cooperate with personnel specialists and employees of other bank departments, learn from professionals in their fields, get to know both personnel and various other bank processes.
We hope you:
- You have obtained a higher or higher education, or you are a final year student;
- Has experience working with the MS Office package;
- You are thorough, attentive, able to work both in a team and independently;
- You are caring and tend to help others;
- Has good knowledge of English - part of the work takes place in this language.
