Nature of work
- department management: budgeting, process management and assurance, realization of sales plans, team formation, motivation;
- active search and attraction of B2B customers;
- reception of applicants;
- professional customer service, consulting on goods and services (car glasses, automotive and engineering chemistry, tinting of glasses with films);
- identification and solution of customer questions and problems;
- acceptance and execution of orders;
- preparation of necessary documentation, including administration of insurance events;
Employee requirements
- interest in cars, practical knowledge of brands and models;
- higher/higher education;
- similar work experience;
- excellent communication and negotiation skills, politeness and positivity, desire to help the client solve the problem effectively;
- know how to convincingly tell about the product or service being sold;
- characterized by quick orientation and perseverance;
- very good computer skills;
- responsibility, independence and diligence;
- perfect Lithuanian language, preferably and/or knowledge of Russian, English or other foreign languages;
- be able to absorb information quickly.
