Consulting clients on hearing care and rehabilitation issues.
Initial inspection of the ear canal, assessment of the situation.
Conducting a hearing test-audiogram and presenting the results to the client.
Selection of hearing rehabilitation tools (hearing aids) that meet the client's needs and setting their parameters according to the client's hearing data.
Removing the ear stamp for the custom insert and preparing it for production.
Implementation of the hearing aid sales process.
Filling out the customer card, documentation of the sale of compensated hearing aids.
Performing minor hearing aid maintenance and repair work.
Regular analysis and presentation of work results.

Higher Education.
Ability to communicate fluently in Lithuanian.
English language skills (level B2)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present information constructively.
Willingness and ability to maintain a high quality of customer service.

Willingness to continuously learn, improve knowledge related to hearing rehabilitation, sales and customer service.
