A hearing care professional works with people who have hearing loss.
The main duties of this specialist:
Suitable candidates are given intensive professional audiology theory and practice training - to ensure independent work. The training lasts 6 weeks, during the training the candidates are paid a full salary.

- educating people about hearing and its importance;
- performing a hearing test with an audiometer;
- advising clients on hearing problems and solutions;
- providing customers with knowledge of hearing aids and medical devices and making offers;
- selection of hearing aids or other hearing aids;
- adjustment and fitting of hearing aids using software, removal of the ear stamp;

Employee requirements
Empathy, desire to help people; work experience elsewhere (2-5 years)
Appropriate education - biomechanics, bioengineering, ergotherapy, other health or electronics-technical sciences, management.
Excellent organizational skills, discipline,
Good knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
Ability to work professionally and communicate with clients and team members;
Motivation and achieving set goals.
