Vilnius - UAB „Konica Minolta Baltia“

Your working day:

  • Receiving calls and registering customer requests in the system;
  • Creating customer cards and updating existing cards in the accounting system;
  • Registration of contracts in the accounting system and updating of existing contracts;
  • Collection and registration of meters for invoicing;
  • Invoicing according to contracts in the system;
  • Creation of sales orders in the accounting system;
  • Generating reports from the accounting system and preparing them in an Excel spreadsheet;
  • Deputizing colleagues during their holidays.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Should have higher (or higher) education;
  • Should have excellent spelling skills;
  • Be a responsible, positive and proactive personality;
  • Should have excellent computer skills (unfortunately, we haven't been sending letters by mail for some time);
  • Fluent in English (we are an international company);
  • Should have experience with the Navision system, and if not - we will teach you!;
  • Be communicative and able to work in a team environment (we often play square in the evenings :);
  • Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities independently.
