A long-standing telecommunications company in Lithuania invites a customer service manager to join its team in the service department.
What will your day look like?
- Customer service by phone or Chat/email channel;
- Resolving current issues: changing plans, payment delays, etc.;
- Using internal systems;
- Consulting clients and selling the company's goods and services.
Working hours: Mon - Fri 8:00 - 19:00; VI 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. (rolling schedule, 8 hours/day, 5 days/week). We are closed on Sundays.

What would your financial part look like?
Fixed salary from 1040 EUR to 1200 EUR (before taxes), depends on the number of hours worked per month.
+ sales bonus 700-800 EUR (before taxes), but the size is unlimited, it depends only on you!
