CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMIN (-IUS) in a production advertising agency

Our agency is looking for a hard-working, kindred spirit - CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR who can and knows how to work with customers (B2C).

Since the administrator is the soul of the office, we expect you to be able to:

• communicate fluently with clients of various ages and personalities live, by phone and e-mail. by mail;
  
• do not get lost in stressful situations;
  
• carefully place orders with our suppliers;
  
• administer e-mail shops;
  
• constantly count and monitor various goods;
  
• daily prepare and send shipments.
