to identify and promptly solve non-standard questions and technical problems that arise for customers;
search for solutions when working and managing many different information systems;
provide customers with verbal and written feedback about the solution to their problem;
be interested in technological news and share your knowledge with clients or colleagues.
To be successful, you will need:
at least 2 years experience and good results in working in the field of customer service in a contact center (technical service experience is an advantage);
understanding of accounts and contracts (understanding of the telecommunications market about the network (2G, 3G, 4G), roaming, device settings - an advantage);
analytical skills in finding solutions and analyzing information through different systems;
ability to explain complex processes patiently and in simple words;
good Lithuanian and English language skills, Russian language (advantage).
Salary from EUR 1,570 to EUR 2,400 (excluding taxes), plus bonuses depending on results and a basket of additional benefits. Salary will be discussed with you and will depend on your knowledge and skills.
