Nature of work

  • Online pharmacy customer service (consulting and/or assistance) by phone, e-mail by mail and Internet messages;
  • Maintenance and administration of online orders, troubleshooting;
  • Constant communication and cooperation with employees of other departments.

Employee requirements

  • A professional bachelor's degree in pharmacotechnics or higher would be a great advantage;
  • Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (written and spoken);
  • Willingness and ability to communicate with clients and solve their problems;
  • Personal qualities: communication, positive thinking, responsibility, politeness, initiative;
  • Knowledge of other languages (English, Russian), work experience in customer service or pharmacy would be a great advantage.
