- Create a team environment with an open feedback culture
- Organize and ensure the performance of daily team tasks
- Together with the team, achieve set customer service goals
- Analyze team quality results
- Motivate/educate team members
- Provide insights and ideas to improve customer experience and initiate process/procedure changes
- Manage non-standard situations, get involved in solving complex problems

We hope you:
- Has a higher education (communication, management would be an advantage)
- Has at least 2 years of experience in customer service
- Has experience in independently planning work, assigning priorities
- Experience of supervised work is an advantage
- Good computer and work organization skills
- You communicate fluently in English (Russian is a big advantage)
