Currently, Narbutas International's Customer Service Department is looking for a Customer Service Group Manager to achieve the organization's goals by implementing modern and efficient customer service practices that ensure customer satisfaction.
Currently, Narbutas International's Customer Service Department is looking for a Customer Service Group Manager to achieve the organization's goals by implementing modern and efficient customer service practices that ensure customer satisfaction.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To implement the principles of customer service activities in accordance with the existing Customer Service policy and standards;
- Ensure high quality of customer service by constantly monitoring, evaluating and discussing indicators with the team and manager;
- Be a constant initiator of changes: encourage employee initiatives, improve service standards and processes, make suggestions;
- Ensure the correct distribution and fulfillment of the group's work in terms of time and quality;
- Concisely cooperate with the sales team and other departments of the organization in solving customer questions, complaints and conflict situations;
- Identify market problems and get involved in the needs of special customers and their solutions.
SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:
- Managed work experience (at least 2 years), in the field of customer service would be an advantage;
- Experience working with customer service programs (eg Freshdesk, Zendesk) would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of business principles and strong orientation to the result, following the agreed terms and procedures;
- Ability to initiate, manage and summarize information and implement strategic changes;
- Strategic thinking, communication skills, pro-activity and strong orientation towards people, customers and innovativeness;
- Good knowledge of English (level B2-C1).
