Customer service and logistics manager

Ecoservice is looking for a customer service and logistics manager in Vilnius. We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative colleague! In this position, you will have the opportunity to improve your organizational skills - I will organize the collection of waste and the removal of products produced in the sorting and processing production units. I will also communicate with customers, manage and control production purchase/sale, export documentation accounting and administer purchase/sale invoices.

Other job functions:
Work with the GPAIS system, IVAZ filling;
Verification of imported and exported quantities, filling in tables;
Management and administration of service orders received by existing and new customers (by e-mail and phone);
Working with the Enwis program;
Transport order;
Invoicing.

Place of work - Vilnius, Gariūnu st. 71. Work from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Learn to work with the Microsoft Office (Excel) package;
Has a higher education;
You are a responsible, diligent and flexible person with analytical thinking;
You are able to plan time and are result-oriented;
You communicate with customers pleasantly and always have a smile on your face;
It would be an advantage if you have similar work experience.
