Our organization is looking for a Customer Service Quality Project Manager(s) to be responsible for leading our Customer Experience (CX) projects, managing NPS and initiating and improving communication processes!
Main Responsibilities:
- NPS Analytics and Monitoring: analyze customer feedback and, based on the data, formulate proposals for improving the customer loyalty experience.
- Communication Process Management: Manage and improve communication channels and processes, ensure excellent customer experience.
- CX Project Development and Supervision: Creatively develop and implement projects that improve the customer experience, both online and offline.
We would like you to:
- You would be independent, you would have analytical thinking.
- You should have at least 3-5 years of experience in customer experience management, NPS analysis or communication process management.
- You would have obtained an education in business administration, management, marketing or a related field.
- You would have good skills in working with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- You would have excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively with different teams and levels.
