"Shift4" invites you to join its cool team in Vilnius. Specialists working here advise the company's business clients by phone and in writing. If you don't have experience in the field of customer service, that's okay - we'll teach you everything! After four weeks of training, you will be able to help representatives of US restaurants, hotels, spa centers, casinos, airlines, arenas and other services that use the payment technologies developed by Shift4.
What will your working day look like?
- I consult the company's clients on technical issues by phone and in writing
- Assist business customers with computer hardware/network/software issues
- You will fill out the necessary documentation
- Continuously follow software and hardware innovations, functionality and installation procedures
We hope you:
- You speak and write well in English (from B2 and above)
- Able to work evenings/nights (5:00pm onwards) and full-time (40hrs/week)
- You are interested in information technology
- You are motivated to ensure an excellent customer experience
- You learn quickly and have great time planning and multitasking skills
- Able to remain polite and tactful even in tense situations
- Customer service experience is an advantage

1450-1650 €/mon. gross
The salary consists of a fixed part (1450-1650 €/month before taxes) + night hours (additional 20 - 30%) and bonuses that depend on the work result.
