Customer service consultant by phone in Vilnius (0.75 - 1 floor)

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Telephone Consultant for the Tele2 Contact Center. You will communicate with existing Tele2 customers by phone, answer their questions and solve various situations. The goal of the team is to provide the best service experience, so we promise - there will be a lot of action and challenges, you will constantly learn new things. We hope you will be interested in:

• accept customer inquiries by phone and offer customers solutions and alternatives;
• cooperate with other company teams in solving more complex issues;
• sell goods and services to existing Tele2 customers;
• register results of conversations and make changes in CRM systems;
• contribute to the preparation of various documents for institutions and the implementation of other related projects;
• to be one of the first to try the latest Tele2 and partner services.

To be successful, you will need:

• work experience in the field of customer service (experience working on the phone is an advantage);
• general understanding of the telecommunications market, products and services (experience working with telecommunications products is an advantage);
• internal motivation and persistence in finding the solution or additional service that best meets the client's needs;
• ability to remain calm in stressful situations;
• fluent and correct communication skills in Lithuanian (knowledge of Russian is an advantage);
• good computer skills.

Salary 1100 - 2200 Eur (before taxes). Base 1100 Eur (before taxes) plus as much as you will be active and want to earn! Those who work from the shoulder earn 2200 EUR (before taxes) and more.
